Setting the Mood: Create a positive, judgment-free environment. You're here to support and uplift each other.
The Rules: Here's how it works - take turns drawing a "Truth or Dare" card and choose either "Truth" or "Dare." Each card boosts your confidence, self-awareness, and personal growth.
Discussion: After each truth or dare is completed, take a few moments to reflect and discuss your experiences. Share your thoughts, feelings, and how the challenge impacted your confidence and outlook.
