Join Us at Mental Makeovers' 3rd Annual The World Needs You Here Walk

Hi girlfriend,

I need your help. It’s not easy to ask for help, but I need to, and I’m a big fan of walking the walk and showing you that you can, too.

In July, while I'll be in Paris for the Olympics, pursuing my passion for well-being, The World Needs You Here Walk, hosted by Mental Makeover, will be happening. This event is dedicated to spreading awareness about mental health, mental wellness, and suicide prevention—a cause that is very close to my heart.

I won't be able to attend in person to support this incredible event. However, I have a collection of merchandise, especially my "Doing it for My Mental Health" pieces, that can greatly help the community. 

Today with Tamara will have a vendor table at the walk, and my amazing mom and friend have offered to help. But we need more support.

Could you join us for the walk on Sunday, July 28th, in Salem, MA?

Volunteers will arrive around 7:45 AM, and registration opens at 8:45 AM. A short speaking program will start at 9:30 AM, and the walk will kick off at 10:00 AM.

If you can’t make it, maybe you can ask a girlfriend of yours. And if you can make it, have one join you. We’re in this together! Thank you so much!
