We're going streaking!

It's my second newsletter, and since you're reading this, I didn't totally scare you off based on my first one! WINNING!!

But this one might. 😜

Let me guess. You do all the things but still feel like you've done nothing. You're constantly beating yourself up but forget you've already done so much. And honestly, it's because you're not tracking what you do every day. So how can you feel any level of success? πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ

Nod, if that's you. (I'm nodding)

I literally had this conversation with my daughter yesterday. She was FLIPPING OUT about not having a website to sell her bracelets and wanted to start an online business. FIRST, I had to remind her that she had sold a ton already and to pause and realize how far she's already come! πŸŽ‰

Once she remembered that she could do anything if she only tried, we started to figure out how to set up a site. Neither of us knew how, so I asked where we begin? πŸ‘©πŸΌβ€πŸ’»

And as we started talking about it and thinking about the little things, it honestly felt so much clearer. When you stop freaking out about the WHOLE BIG FREAKING PICTURE and start looking at the baby steps, it's a lot easier and a lot less scary (and yes, this is a shameless plug to follow her new Etsy shop she calls Sunny Beads by Sofia).

Here's where YOU take action TODAY:

You're gonna take one step. And at the end of the day, you write it down. That's the key. With action comes confidence. And by tracking your actions πŸ—“ you do two things:

1. You don't want to stop for fear of breaking your streak. (USE YOUR FEAR AS FUEL)

2. It's a reminder of how far you've come. (YOU’VE ALREADY DONE SO MUCH)

You know how I learn French every night on Duolingo (they also have math for the kiddos, which mine like more than IXL). I do it EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. Why? Bc I want to keep my streak. Duolingo relies on guilt appeal to encourage you to keep going. And as of today, I've been going for 344. 😳

I have a streak on my Peloton (btw, that link gets you $200 off!). I have one on my Apple Watch. The most successful businesses make it their mission for us to keep going (and using their products, and that's just genius).

Do this: Google how many days there have been since your birthdate (here’s the calculator). For me, it's 17,133 (and yes, my birthday is in a month, hint hint). Can you believe the streak of days you’ve lived? Just look at all those todays! Can you imagine all the actions you've taken?! Give yourself a high five, girlfriend. Breathe deep. And keep going.

So if you're a woman who wants to level up their life, and if you're riding this high-5 train with me, you know what you need to do. (keep nodding πŸ™‹πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ)

TAKE ACTION TODAY. WRITE IT DOWN. LOOK BACK AT IT TOMORROW. BE PROUD. KEEP GOING. BC TOMORROW IS ANOTHER TODAY. πŸ™Œ

Bonus points for taking a pic of your streak and sharing it with me so I can cheer you on! πŸ“£

Love you. Gotta go. Bye. I have to go write my 3rd newsletter bc I'm staying on this streak. I worked hard to get here, and I'm not giving up. I've just begun, and the 2nd email is much easier than my first. I just had to take the step to find out, and so do you.

xoxo
