How are you?
As we observe World Mental Health Day, the world is overwhelmed by tragedy, making it difficult to talk about anything else.
Even in the face of adversity, it's crucial to remember that we must take care of ourselves. Our mental health is a precious resource & nurturing it is an act of resilience and self-love.
Even when the world feels so heavy, there are ways we can keep our heads up and maintain a sense of positivity. 💕
Dedicate time to activities that bring you joy and relaxation, whether walking in nature or reading. I was just outside playing wiffleball with my son, which comforted me in what I have today. And I don't want to take this for granted.
On this World Mental Health Day, let's acknowledge the pain and suffering in the world, but also celebrate our resilience, our capacity for compassion, and our commitment to self-care.
We are in this together, and we can find strength in the face of adversity.
